A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. Apps use similar mechanisms to store information on your device. The law (Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI) treats both in the same way. This policy explains what we use.
1. The buscopadel.com website
The buscopadel.com website does not use cookies: no first-party or third-party cookies, and no analytics or advertising cookies. That is why we do not ask you to accept them.
2. The BuscoPadel app
The app only stores on your device what it needs to work and to remember what you choose:
| What is stored | Why | Where | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session credential | To keep you signed in | On iOS and Android, in the system's secure storage. On the web version, in the browser's local storage | Until you sign out |
| Theme (light or dark) | To remember the look you chose | Local storage on the device or in the browser | Until you change it or clear the app's data |
| Language | To remember the language you chose | Local storage on the device or in the browser | Until you change it or clear the app's data |
These items are strictly necessary or store a preference you asked for, so the law exempts them from consent. We do not use any analytics, advertising or tracking items.
3. Signing in with Google, Apple or Facebook
If you choose to sign in with one of these providers, during the process you will be on their page or in their window, and the provider may use its own cookies under its own policy. Those cookies belong to the provider, not to us: Google, Apple, Meta (Facebook).
4. How to delete this data
- On the web version, you can clear the site's data from your browser settings.
- On mobile, the session credential is deleted when you sign out, and everything is deleted when you uninstall the app.
5. Changes
If we ever add cookies or items that require your consent, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before using them.
