This page explains how to delete your account on BuscoPadel, the app by Ángel Carracedo Ureña, and what happens to your data.
From the app
- Open the BuscoPadel app and sign in.
- Go to My account.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, write to info@buscopadel.com from your account's email address, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We will delete the account within one month at the latest and let you know when it is done.
What is deleted
When you delete your account, we delete:
- your first name and surname;
- your email address (and any email address pending confirmation);
- your date of birth;
- your password;
- all your open sessions, on every device;
- the link to Google, Apple or Facebook, if you used one.
What is kept and for how long
- An anonymised record of the account, with no name or email: an internal number, the language, the version of the legal texts you accepted and the dates of registration, acceptance and deletion. It serves as proof that you accepted those texts and is kept for as long as claims can be brought.
- Technical logs that may contain account data: deleted automatically within 14 days.
- Backups: they are overwritten on a rolling basis, so your data disappears from them within 30 days at most.
If you used Google, Apple or Facebook
When you delete your account, we are no longer linked to your provider account. If you also want to revoke the permission you gave BuscoPadel, you can do so from the security settings of your Google account, your Apple ID or Facebook.
