Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BuscoPadel: the iOS and Android app, its web version at app.buscopadel.com and the API that powers them. By creating an account you accept them. Please read them carefully: if you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who provides the service

BuscoPadel is provided by Ángel Carracedo Ureña, tax ID (NIF) 53079120L, with address at Carrer Pompeu Fabra 8, 08390 Montgat (Barcelona). Contact email: info@buscopadel.com.

2. What BuscoPadel is

BuscoPadel is a platform for padel players, clubs and organisers. It helps you find people to play with and follow and organise padel activity.

The service is under development and will grow over time. We will add new features and may change or withdraw existing ones.

For players, using BuscoPadel is free. If we add paid features in the future, they will have their own terms, which you will see and accept before purchasing them.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 14 years old.
• The information you give us must be true and you must keep it up to date.
• Your account is personal: do not share it or transfer it.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you think someone has accessed your account, change your password and sign out of all devices from the app.
• You can create your account with your email or sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook. In that case, the terms of the provider you choose also apply.

4. Acceptable use

When using BuscoPadel you agree not to:

• impersonate other people or create fake accounts;
• post content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory or that infringes other people's rights;
• harass, threaten or bother other users;
• try to access accounts, data or systems without permission, or interfere with how the service works (for example, through attacks, abusive automation or reverse engineering);
• use the service to send unsolicited advertising or communications.

5. Content you provide

What you add to BuscoPadel (for example, your name) remains yours. You give us permission to display and process it within the service, solely to make the service work. This permission lasts for as long as you keep it on the platform.

You are responsible for what you provide and for having the right to use it.

6. Intellectual property

The BuscoPadel brand, logo, design, software and the service's own content belong to the owner or are used under licence. These terms do not grant you any rights over them beyond normal use of the service.

7. Suspension and termination

• You can stop using BuscoPadel and delete your account whenever you want. See Delete your account.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, or that puts other people or the service at risk. Unless urgency or the law prevents it, we will notify you and explain why.

8. Availability and liability

• We work to keep the service running well and continuously, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions or errors, for example due to maintenance or to causes beyond our control.
• BuscoPadel puts people in touch to play. We do not organise or supervise the matches arranged through the app, and we are not responsible for what happens during them. Nor are we responsible for the behaviour of other users.
• Nothing above limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, in particular our liability towards consumers or liability arising from wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Privacy

We process your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

Each version of these terms is dated and previous versions are kept. New versions are published here with their effective date. If the change is important, we will also let you know by email or in the app. If you do not agree with the new version, you can delete your account before it takes effect.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence. Before it comes to that, write to us: almost everything can be solved by talking.
